Diet Day Eight.

Another successful diet day which I am happy with. Drank more water today too which is good but I must keep that up!

Breakfast - scrambled egg (no milk) lean grilled bacon (fat cut off)

Lunch - Roasted salmon and salad (made of rocket, diced tomato, diced cucumber, spring onion, chickpeas, kidney beans and diced pepper)

Dinner - Chicken breast stuffed with fresh Basil and tomato puree (home made) and roasted asparagus.

Cups of tea - 4
Pints of water - 5
