Diet Day Five.

Friday continued to be a success which I am very happy about! I treated myself to a bottle of cider with dinner too as a 'well done' to myself which was delicious.

Am planning on keeping up the healthy eating over the weekend too as I haven't really got a reason not to. If we were going out for dinner then maybe but it's all home cooked dinners so it's healthy healthy healthy!

Breakfast: grilled bacon minus the fat and grilled tomatos.

Lunch: chicken salad with no dressing.

Dinner: chicken fajitas with home made salsa and home made guacamole so all healthy!

Cups of tea - 4
Pints of water - 3
