Diet still going well! Had friends over last night which is why I didnt get a chance to update until now. Looking
Forward to the weekend and maybe treating myself with something but am not quite sure what yet...
Breakfast - grilled bacon (fat removed) grilled tomato and a poached egg.
Lunch - chicken, grilled courgette, onion and mushroom pasta. Home made sauce of puree and basil.
Dinner - tuna salad - no dressing.
Am doing fajitas for dinner tonight so looking forward to having carbs for dinner! I guess thats my treat actually....

Not doing entirely well at the water drinking part! Need to pull my finger out!
