Yet another good diet day! Although I did have carbs for dinner despite my rule but we were running a bit low on dinner ideas and it worked out best to make home made spaghetti and meatballs. It was a smaller portion than we would have had previously but I felt full after which was a nice feeling. We would always end up with too much spaghetti or pasta in the past but I used the spaghetti measure that usually sits in the drawer and we ended up with a respectable portion of food. The sauce was home made too so all healthy! I did have a small piece of garlic bread which I felt bad about however I would normally have about four or five so won't beat myself up about it. It was a nice dinner!
Also, as I said in an earlier post, I did do a forty minute power walk along with twenty minutes toning which is an hours more exercise than I have done in a long time.
Breakfast: poached eggs and grilled tomato.
Lunch: tuna salad with kidney beans, chickpeas, rocket, tomato, cucumber, onion and red pepper.
Dinner: home made spaghetti and meatballs with home made sauce.

Pints of water - 3
I have started to drink hot water with lemon too which is healthier than tea and also helps aid digestion which is a bonus so am going to try and drink that more often. Had two cups this evening rather than a cup of tea with one sugar.
