Diet Day Ten.

Another late update so apologies again! Was quite achy yesterday from exercise the day before which is a good sign! I did fancy a naughty mideweek treat yesterday too and bought some hob nobs (and ended up eating about 5!) but I am not going to feel guilty. I ate healthy for the rest of the day and am about to go for a nice long walk today too so all in all my cheeky treat wasn't too bad!

Breakfast - poached egg and grilled tomatos

Lunch - tuna and pasta salad

Dinner - Small salad

Snacks - hobnobs!

Cups of tea - 2
Pints of water - 3
