The aches and pains continue...

So after Tuesday and Wednesday's excessive work outs I decided (& my husband told me) to lay off yesterday and rest my bones and muscles.

I have felt really good doing the exercise though! And haven't got ill which is the main thing...just felt the usual aches from being so out of shape.

I'm just about to kick off with another fitness TV workout for the upper body and torso, best get the old bones ready once again.....
